Every year, Phi Eta Sigma recognizes academic excellence. The XXIII exists to cultivate what comes next.
Named in honor of the Society's founding year, 1923, The XXIII is Phi Eta Sigma's premier national leadership institute. Each year, just 23 exceptional members are selected from across the country to participate in an immersive leadership experience designed to challenge, inspire, and prepare them for lives of meaningful impact.
Participation is fully funded through the Phi Eta Sigma Founders Fund, ensuring that cost is never a barrier for outstanding student leaders.

More Than a
Leadership Conference
The XXIII is intentionally designed to be transformational rather than transactional.
Over four days, Fellows will engage in an intensive leadership experience focused on self-discovery, purpose, collaboration, and personal growth. Through conversations with accomplished leaders, individualized coaching, interactive workshops, and shared experiences with an exceptional cohort of peers, Fellows will leave with greater confidence, stronger leadership skills, and a clearer vision for the future.
