Phi Eta Sigma is governed by a national Board of Directors and operates in accordance with established policies that support academic excellence, ethical leadership, and responsible stewardship.
Organizational Policies
Non-Discrimination
Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, age, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or military or veteran status in the initiation of individual members.
Anti-Hazing Policy
Phi Eta Sigma maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward hazing in any form. Hazing is strictly prohibited and inconsistent with the values of academic integrity, leadership, and respect that guide the organization.

All chapter activities, events, and member interactions must comply with institutional policies, state and federal laws, and national standards. Any behavior that endangers the physical or psychological well-being of individuals is not permitted.
Allegations of hazing are taken seriously and are subject to review and appropriate action by National Headquarters in coordination with institutional partners.

Phi Eta Sigma is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of its members, advisors, and partners. Information is collected and used solely to support organizational operations, member services, and communication related to Phi Eta Sigma programs and activities.
Personal data is handled responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy laws and institutional expectations. Phi Eta Sigma does not sell or misuse personal information and implements safeguards to protect data from unauthorized access.
