ELEVATE FORWARD
Elevate Forward is Phi Eta Sigma's signature national member experience, bringing students together for a dynamic week of virtual leadership development, career preparation, networking, service, and celebration.

XXIII
The XXIII is Phi Eta Sigma's premier national leadership institute, selecting just 23 exceptional members each year for an immersive leadership experience.

& Awards
Phi Eta Sigma awards more than $400,000 annually to recognize academic achievement, leadership, and service among its members.
Scholarships and awards are available exclusively to members and are designed to support students who continue to elevate with honor throughout their college experience.
All applications are submitted through Phi Eta Sigma’s official scholarship application system.
Member of Distinction
Member of Distinction recognizes Phi Eta Sigma members who actively engage in national programs, service initiatives, and leadership opportunities throughout the year.
It honors students who go beyond acceptance to intentionally elevate with honor through involvement, service, and leadership.
Members earn points by participating in approved Phi Eta Sigma programs and initiatives. Participation is verified through official reporting and application review.
National Programs and Events
Phi Eta Sigma offers national programs and events that allow members to engage, serve, and lead while strengthening their membership experience.
Participation in these programs may also count toward Member of Distinction recognition.
