Elevating with Honor
Participation in Wellness Week reflects a commitment to intentional growth and self-awareness—values that align with Phi Eta Sigma’s mission.

By engaging in wellness-focused activities, members demonstrate responsibility, reflection, and care for themselves and their communities. These practices support leadership development and help members continue to Elevate with Honor throughout their college experience.

Participation in approved Wellness Week activities may count toward Member of Distinction recognition, depending on verification requirements.
Who Can Participate
Wellness Week is open to all active Phi Eta Sigma student members.

Chapters may choose to participate collectively, and individual members are encouraged to engage in ways that best support their personal well-being.
