Physical and Mental Well-Being

At Phi Eta Sigma, we know that a sound mind and body is key to success in all areas of life. That's why we prioritize physical and mental health in our programming, offering resources and tools to help our members achieve optimal physical and mental wellness. We also like to incorporate physical activities into our social events and conventions through team-building and networks at TopGolf and bowling trips. Our events, workshops, and activities are designed to promote well-being and fitness, and our members have access to a variety of fitness apps to help them reach their health goals.
